🚚 Shipping Details

  • Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 200/-

  • Free Delivery: Not applicable on orders below Rs. 2000/-
    (Free delivery is only available on orders above Rs. 2000/-)

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 5 working days
    (Orders may take up to 7 days during busy seasons or national holidays.)

  • Order Confirmation: New customers will receive a confirmation via Call/SMS/WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • No Deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We know that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay. Glinzay offers a straightforward return and exchange process to make your life easier:

1. Return Period

You can return any item within 10 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

Items returned in used or damaged condition may not be accepted for refund or exchange.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Products

Received a wrong or defective item? Let us know immediately.
We’ll arrange a return or replacement — at no extra cost to you.

3. Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size, color, or item?

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Exchange delivery charges: Rs. 350 (covers 2-way courier service)

  • Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup and deliver your replacement

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 2–4 working days after inspection

  • Processed via bank transfer

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the product was faulty or the error was ours

5. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to personal choice (e.g. change of mind), the customer bears return courier costs

  • Please use a trackable courier to avoid issues

  • Glinzay is not responsible for parcels lost during return shipping

  • Refunds or exchanges due to customer error or change of mind do not include delivery cost refunds

  • "Free Delivery" refers to orders above Rs. 2000 only. Orders below this threshold will be charged Rs. 200

  • In case of faulty or incorrect items, we cover all associated return and delivery costs
